Let the speculation begin.

During a visit to Los Angeles' Power 106 radio station Tuesday, Justin Bieber dropped the last thing any true Belieber would want to hear. In a short video that surfaced shortly after the interview, the pop star said "Um, I'm actually retiring, man."

Although the singer made the statement with a straight -- albeit sunglasses-clad -- face, it's very likely that he was joking and the comment was taken out of context as the clip posted online had been cut down to seven seconds long.

Whatever the case may be, Biebs' comment did manage to make everyone flip out on Twitter.

According to Bieber, his real answer will be revealed Wednesday when the full interview is unveiled.
